All orders are processed by direct enquiry. Pricing is provided on request and may vary by region, quantity, and distributor. Prices quoted are valid for a limited period as communicated with the quote.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Tokyo via FedEx Priority or FedEx Express. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight. For more information, see our shipping page.

Warranty

All Mina Scissors products carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to maintain the scissors properly. For sharpening and maintenance services, see our sharpening page.

Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Products must be returned in their original condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mina Scissors’ liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law
