Is there a left-handed model?
Yes. Left Edition has blade geometry and a handle designed specifically for left-handed use.
Which steel and edges are used?
The current four-model range uses VG10 steel. Pro Classic, Pro Crane, and Left Edition use convex edges; Slice uses a 35-tooth micro-serrated edge.
How is quality checked?
Each pair is individually inspected and tension-adjusted before distribution to authorised partners.
